My office is located inside Lakeside Workspaces, which is conveniently close to I-75 (Exit 15 Royal Palm Blvd.)

2645 Executive Park Drive, Suite 148 Weston, FL 33331

What are your office hours?

In Person sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm

Telehealth sessions: Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-1pm

Do you take insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance.

When clients use their mental health benefits, their insurance company determines what services are necessary, how many sessions that will be allowed, the frequency of their sessions, and methodologies used to achieve their goals.

After many years of working with clients, I have determined it is in my client’s best interest to allow them to be the captain to their therapeutic journey.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes, to Florida residents.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, a 24-hour cancellation policy. If my clients decide to cancel their appointment within 24 hours or not show up to their scheduled session, they will be financially responsible for the full amount of their session.

How long have you been in practice?

I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years in many different capacities ranging from administrative personnel to fully licensed.

I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2018 and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2021.

Hope Wellness Centers was established in 2018.

What is the best way to contact me?

Therapy Questions

Who do you typically work with?

Throughout my career, I have worked with a multitude of clients (individuals, families, and couples) in a vast amount of settings (office, hospital, residential, in-home).

Most recently, I have been focusing on supporting families of special needs children navigate through their unique journey.

Are there any clients with whom you do not work with?

Everyone deserves a counselor who upholds their professional ethical guidelines. When providing services to my clients, I always work within my professional expertise and provide referrals when necessary.

Currently, I do not provide services to minors, anyone who is actively using illicit drugs, court involvement, and/or who is in need of crisis stabilization.

Do you assign homework?

Well, that’s up to you. I strongly encourage my clients to practice and implement the skills we discuss during their sessions. The only way we will know which skills and tools work best for them, is if they try them out in their everyday life.

At the end of each session, I ask my clients what is the one thing they want to commit to until their next session.

Who benefits from therapy?

Everyone can benefit from therapy as long as they are committed to the process.
