Collaboratively, we’ll establish the direction you want your counseling path to go. It will be individually tailored to your wants and needs.

While focusing on your strengths to optimize your wellness, we will identify the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, perceptions, beliefs, and/or patterns you want to change.

No pain, no gain

Throughout the counseling process, I will encourage you to expand your limits when working toward your best self.

You might experience some not so pleasant thoughts and/or feelings during your counseling journey, and that’s to be expected.

I will support you on your bad days, celebrate with you on your good days, and be there for you on all the days in between.

Gaining understanding

Along your counseling journey, you will gain clarity and insight to what you truly want out of life and how to get there.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, feel, or think; but I am here to provide you an unbiased perspective that will help guide you in the right direction.

Establishing and achieving goals

Every session, we will work toward your identified goals.

Whether it is learning a new coping skill, reframing your thoughts, or expressing your feelings in a healthy manner, you will be equipped with tools you can utilize in your daily life.

Practice makes perfect. The more you implement what you learn in, the quicker you will achieve your goals.
